Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. I have to keep the environment completely free of dander. One (1) car is permitted to park in the driveway. Checkout the “House Manual” for more details on the property.

The Monroe House’s 1st floor Airbnb apartment offers luxurious King and Queen size beds, a fully stocked kitchen, full laundry, gig speed wifi with room to entertain. The back area provides two private parking spaces—walking distance to Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Piedmont Park. The Airbnb is the convenient 1st floor apartment of a duplex. 1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.

Beautiful 1930's southern home in great Atlanta location (Edgewood neighborhood) offers a charming, rocking chair front porch and, at the back of this one-bedroom unit, a large back porch is also covered. Parking is off-street at the back of the house, although extra free parking is available on the street. Pets are welcome- just tell us they're coming! Check-in is easy and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.
