Studio is located in a separate part of the family house with a separate entrance from the landscaped garden. Our guests can enjoy the peace and intimacy undisturbed by other guests or us hosts. Ovaj moderni smještaj savršen je odabir za one koji vole blizinu mora, šuma, šetnica, predivne prirode, ali i raznih urbanih zabavnih sadržaja i događanja, a istovremeno biti smješten u intimi dvorišta u apartmanu privatne kuće. U blizini predivnih plaža (Jadranovo, Selce, Crikvenica, Dramalj, Kostrena) na svega 7-12 minuta vožnje. Za doći do plaža koje ostavljaju bez daha (Oprna, Zala, Baška, Mošćenička draga) treba oko 45 minuta vožnje. Zbog pozicije interesantan je lovcima i ribolovcima.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
