Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον οικισμό του Όρμου Παναγίας , σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία της Τρανης Αμμουδας. Το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Όρμου Παναγίας απέχει μόλις 300 μέτρα και το παραδοσιακό χωριό Άγιος Νικόλαος 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και μια σαλοκουζινα με ένα καναπέ-κρεβατι. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο,στεγνωτηρας μαλλιών, WiFi, τηλεόραση 32",WC, κλιματιστικό, πλυντήριο,μπαλκόνι,κήπος. Υπάρχει χρέωση κατοικίδιου.

This tiny home is located by the north Aegean sea. It is safely placed in a fenced area with grass, accompanied by a big oil tree in the center of the yard, where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze and the spectacular view. The house consists of one bedroom with double bed, living room that can host one or two extra visitors, bathroom with wc and a well-equipued kitchen with all necessary appliances. In the external area there is a fridge in a protected container with extra kitchen.

Ο καναπές της σαλοκουζίνας μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεβάτι.Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Μεσσημέρι και στην πίσω αυλή του συγροτήματος κατοικιών Villa Joanna.Nοικιάζεται συνήθως ως συμπληρωματικός χώρος της villas για μεγάλα group αλλά και αυτόνομα. Πλησιέστερη παραλία στα 8 χιλιόμετρα. 12 χιλιομετρα από την Νέα Καλλικράτεια.
