About two and a half blocks from City Center (Convention Center). Clean, quiet, owner-occupied house. Full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Window unit air conditioners in living room and both bedrooms. New 43” TVs in the living room and main bedroom. WiFi. New sheets and towels. Basic supplies provided. Off-Street parking.

Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
