If you are looking to experience living like a local this is the spot, 12 minutes from airport 15 to beach 18 minutes away from cruise ships and old San Juan and 19 minutes from the choliseo for concerts, supermarket walking distance, bakery, restaurants, wendy's and a mall, public transportation is very easy, very affordable and 24/7. We do provide secure light we have solar panels know we are very strict on turning off all ac units and lights while not in property. We have wter tank 4 emrgcy.
