It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. Your room is large and comfortable with a TV. All surfaces are cleaned with rubbing alcohol. You are welcome to use my small garden which was the police yard. We are conveniently situated 15 min drive from Manchester city centre. The Metrolink is 5 minutes walk away which will take you north, south, east & west of Manchester...including the Manchester Arena and the airport. The M60 - J17 is half a mile away.

Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. large, clean ground floor room

This single room is on the ground floor of a terraced house in a quiet area of Rusholme just 2 minutes from Wilmslow Road and the Curry Mile. The house is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It has recently been refurbished throughout with a new bathroom, and new carpets. During the academic year it is a student house but because of Covid-19 the students are not staying this academic year.
