The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Splendida dimora con piscina riscaldata , nel Parco delle Madonie, con vista mozzafiato sul mare di Cefalù fino alle isole Eolie. A 15 minuti di macchina dal centro, dispone di un soggiorno con zona pranzo, divano, tv, cucina, due camere matrimoniali, una con vasca in camera, e due servizi con doccia. Gli ambienti sono climatizzati ed è presente una stufa in ghisa. All'esterno, tavolo con sedie, divani e ombrelloni. E' possibile organizzare cene con lo chef Ignazio Messina e gite in barca.
