It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Parking and the bath-house are 2-min. walks (toilet, sink, shower). Two minutes to Saxapahaw. Read description for more info. NO PARTIES. No dogs.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is nestled amidst a canopy of oak trees, offering peace and tranquility. **Please note:** The pasture is currently empty. The property features a ¾-mile wooded trail winding past century-old barns and through a mature hardwood forest. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath home, affectionately referred to as Patsy's Place, was built in 2017 and is perfect for a short stay or relaxing vacation. A long winding driveway leads to this private home that overlooks a three-acre pond. The heart of Greensboro is only twenty minutes away so you can enjoy the best of both worlds: getting in touch with nature or perusing local shops, dining, and entertainment. Pets are welcome with prior approval.
