Fully stocked 1950's Bungalow, 75" TV with lots of streaming options, & most importantly 1 block from the beach in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. Walk out the front door and you're 100 yards from the waters edge and a 3 minute walk from your local Starbucks. It doesn't get any better than this.

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Our home is only blocks from the Halifax River and 3 miles to drive on the Beach. Down town New Smyrna Beach is 2.5 miles North offering restaurants and boutiques. You can visit some of the most delicious restaurants on the river or drive over the North Causeway to walk down Flagler Avenue. You can shop for so many unique items on the beachside.
