The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

A quiet detached house on a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Peak District. A short stroll from pubs and an India restaurant. 10 mins walk to the chesterfield canal, only 10 mins into the town centre by car with the famous crooked spire. The house has 2 double bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bedroom with a full sized raised single bed. Matlock and Bakewell is about a 30 minute drive and both lovely places to visit. The Milking Parlour can accommodate up to 6 (+1 child or small adult on a pull-out bed) and two dogs. Two of the rooms can be set up as either King or two singles. The Parlour has a private, enclosed garden space (including a hot tub) and boasts a modern interior, large living room with it's own log burner, and a separate kitchen diner.
