Bachelor is a short 30 minute drive for skiing in the winter and downhill biking in the summer. Smith Rock is a 45 minute drive for hiking and climbing enthusiasts. Our tiny log cabin is a cozy getaway, close to hiking, mountain biking, and cross country skiing but only 10 miles from the amenities of Bend Oregon. It is a rustic place, with modern touches, like a gas range, refrigerator, and a gas fireplace. The bathroom is detached from the cabin - steps from the door. One BR guest suite with private entrance, separate LR with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, barbecue, coffee/tea and private fenced yard with fire pit. The suite can sleep four people (queen bed and a futon), but some may find it a little tight for four adults. Located in SE Bend, 3 miles to downtown, and a short drive to hiking and mtn bike trails. Approximately 25 miles to Mt. Bachelor. Dog friendly..but please see our dog rules below.
