This house allows you to live moments of rest after an unforgettable day at the beach or at the “Valley of Temples”, as from there you can easily enjoy the enchanting parts of Agrigento. In fact, you can reach (on foot) “Via Atenea”, beating heart of the old town of Agrigento, full of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Moreover, a free parking is available near the house. The terrace of () is breathtaking and sea view; there it is possibile to have a good breakfast or also a candle light dinner.

Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. La proprietà è una porzione di un antico casale di fine 800, immerso all'interno del parco archeologico della Valle dei templi. La dimora è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione durata cinque anni, mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche sia all'interno che all'esterno, con muri faccia vista e archi in tufo. All'esterno si può usufruire di tre posti auto. La casa gode di una spettacolare esposizione sia a sud che a nord.

La Finestra sui Templi è una dimora indipendente all'interno di un casale di fine '700, situato nel cuore del Parco Archeologico di Agrigento, con vista suggestiva sui Templi e sul mare. Raggiungibile in auto, è dotata di parcheggio privato gratuito. L'alloggio su 2 livelli si compone di quattro camere da letto matrimoniali di cui tre con bagno privato, ampia zona soggiorno-cucina a piano terra, soggiorno con terrazzo panoramico al primo livello, zone pranzo-relax esterne con giardinetto.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
