There is a base price for up to 6 guests & then a $25 per guest per night fee for each additional guest up to the 14.

In the evenings' BBQ on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine next to the fire pit. Spend days hiking in the trails of Lutheranville State Forest in the Summer or Cross Country Ski & Snowmobile in the winter. It is approximately a mile away. We are also 2.5 miles from Seven Ponds Farm and about 30-35 minutes to both Oneonta and Cooperstown.

The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.
