Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.

The Del Norte Golf Course is located on the same street. Peacock river bar is a short walk, bike, or car ride away. Enjoy the warm and sunny Hiouchi area for your vacation!

Home away from Home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will find all you need to relax and spend some quality time with your family. Within walking distance from Walmart Supercenter (0.2 Miles / 4 Minutes) and Sutter Coast Hospital (0.7 Miles / 14 Minutes) makes it very convenient. Please note: there is construction going on in the neighborhood Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm. Ping Pong table and bikes available upon request.

A quaint, eclectic and comfortable home on the coast, conveniently located in town and only a few short blocks to the ocean. Pet friendly with prior approval and agreement to our pet rules. Even though we are once again open for travelers, we have instituted a few new processes to deal with covid-19, from special sanitizing protocols, to adding a day between reservations where possible, and utilizing air filtration at the house.
