Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Kuća za odmor La Sella (renovirana 2019. godine) nalazi se na otoku Cresu, u selu Predošćica, 10 km udaljenom od centra grada. Mir, tišina i oaza su riječi kojima bi se opisao odmor u ovoj ljetnoj kućici. Savršena je za obiteljsko opuštanje i predah od užurbanog života. Posebnom ju čini panoramski pogled i mogućnost osame, imajući u vidu da u selu ima vrlo mali broj ljudi i možete biti u potpunom miru s Vašom obitelji. Apartman Medena 1 nalazi se u gradu Cresu u predjelu Melin II u prizemlju privatne kuće. Udaljenost od centra i plaže iznosi 250 m. Smještaj uključuje ograđeno dvorište s vrtom i besplatnim parkingom te prostorom za sunčanje i roštiljanje. Jedinica uključuje sobu sa televizijom i klima uređajem, odvojenu kupaonicu i kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu i ostalim kuhinjskim priborom. Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
