The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Entering through a real Hobbit door you will find yourself in secure, fenced, very private garden securing you and your pets. Featuring an outside Living room, Dining area - the garden is a National Wildlife Urban Sanctuary – great bird watching venue. Indoors you will find a studio featuring a Kitchen, Dinning /Work area. The sleeping area has a comfortable bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, living area . The space has been created, furnished and equipped for your special experience.

Spacious, light, stylishly minimalistic & HEPA filtered entire basement suite in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping, dining, park, and a playground. We live upstairs, when at home, we respect our guests’ privacy, but the suite is below the main level of our home with a separate entrance.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. NOTE: Please review our strict pet rules before booking.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square. Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrance to the front leads to the carport. We look forward to welcoming you as our neighbor - if only for a night or two!

The Homestead Hideaway is a peaceful suburban sanctuary. NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Our backyard has been transformed into a family friendly playground for kids & adults alike, a well maintained yard complete with jungle gym, geosphere climbing structure, giant sandpit, organic garden, bunny hutch, butterfly gardens, & deck in the woods just down the path, over the creek. You can enjoy the entire backyard at your leisure.
