Only a few meters from the beach this two level 80 sq.m. house has a nice stone-paved terrace with garden furniture, wooden ceilings and hand engraved furniture. The house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first (one of which is open plan to the living room), two WC-showers and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Depending on the house, layout may vary. Go for a swim to the beach and then relax in the sunbeds on the garden!

Mein Haus liegt ruhig inmitten von Feldern ca. 1900 Meter vom wunderschönen Sandstrand zwischen den Touristikdörfern Paralia und Olympic Beach mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Haus hat ein 4950 qm großes Grundstück mit reichlich Parkmöglichkeiten. Es ist großzügig eingerichtet und verfügt über Satellitenfernsehen sowie eine Alarmanlage und Klima. Morgens sehen Sie aus dem Bett den fantastischen Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer. Abends den Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen.

The house is front on the sea. Is ideal for a family with small children, ground floor with a yard facing the sea The house has a room with a double bed and a sofa to sleep a child up to 8 years old with air conditioning living room with two single beds and a third bed can be added for a child with air conditioning. Kitchen with large refrigerator and washing machine coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster. Beach chairs loungers are available and 2 space parking in the garden.
