A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.
