The location is also perfect for Brighton station which is a 4 minute walk away. There are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, modern kitchen, and living room. The rear patio is a perfect sun trap in the afternoons. The house also benefits from a lockable garage (it’s quite narrow so not suitable for bigger cars)
