Au coeur du 15 ème, à 15 minutes à pied de la tour Eiffel vous êtes dans un quartier très vivant avec le centre commercial Beaugrenelle à 3 minutes à pied et la rue Saint Charles qui regorge de petits commerçants. Vous serez à Saint Germain des près en 10 minutes en métro par la ligne 10 qui est au pied de la résidence. L'immense terrasse fleurie de l'appartement vous donnera l'impression d'être un peu à la campagne, en plein Paris. Nous vivons avec un chat mais il sera en vacances avec nous !

In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

You will love the relaxed feeling and warm atmosphere of my appartment. The location, and beautiful view on the river and Eiffel Tower. The bus, trams, rer are 150m and Métro Exelmans is about 600m. The local market is 3 days per week, and is very big, selling cheeses, seafood, cooked meals, fruits and veggies. The supermarket open until midnight and there are a few good local restaurants

Studio in Paris, clean & charming, near Trocadero

Our Studio is in a quiet street, lovely neighborhood with restaurants, cafés with terrace, markets and fashion shops (the famous "rue de Passy"). 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and 13 minutes to Trocadéro. And 1 metro station away. 20 minutes away by bus to the "Arc de Triomphe" Modern style (refurbished & new equipments) and charming (oak floor, old stone building...).
