A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment on the first floor is located 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice balcony with a front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi, linen and washing machine. Welcome to our lovely brand new apartment. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, with a terrace, garden and 5 minutes walking from the beach. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, bathroom and bedroom. The 55m2 apartment is located on the ground floor and have one bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200) in the living room, so it's suitable for 4 persons. Air conditioning, heating, SAT TV, wi-fi included. Free parking is available for our guests.
