C'è un grande letto matrimoniale (160x200cm) e un divano che diventa un comodo letto. E' al piano terra,in zona ci sono alcuni parcheggi gratuiti, oltre a supermercati, ristoranti caffè e negozi. La via centrale di Crema è a meno di 200 m e la piazza della Cattedrale dista solo 500m, 5 minuti a piedi.

A 3,8 km c'e' l'autostrada brebemi siamo il centro strategico per le grandi città'. A disposizione un Grande giardino, un grande prato 2 ampi portici.
