The house consists of one bedroom, one bathroom & WC (washing machine) and a fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher) with all the amenities that every family needs for their vacation. The living room has a 32' inch Smart-TV and a very comfortable sofa-bed which can be transformed easily to a 140x200 bed. Air - condition is right next to the kitchen, 24/7 hot water (solar energy), Wi-Fi connection and free public parking next to the house.

There is another, smaller house on the property, so there are some common, shared places, like the garden and the beach spot.
