Ps. - Rate $ only for the 2 first guests , next are extra -Only registered guests allowed in the unit. -Some work is going on at backyard, nothing big, -We require pics of your IDs through bnb chat - Unit is monitored 24/7 security camera. - No parking spot. - We have 2 friendly dogs in the property, book it if you feel comfortable with pets around. You will see then occasionally.

Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.

We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.
