Enter this sweet, romantic first floor bedroom through lovely French Doors. Hide away to a romantic spot to relax on a Queen-sized bed made up with crisp, country-fresh linens surrounded by the stained glass alcove,that will give you the feel of the 1920’s era. You will have access to the front Veranda where you will take in garden views as well as morning sunrises over lovely Seneca Lake. There is a heated bath with a shower for two, and separate “toilette” room. A cozy table sitting with two chairs is a perfect “morning coffee” spot. Enjoy two other relaxing chairs with lamp to read or watch TV. A mirrored armoire, has drawers and hanging spaces.

Welcome to the Phoenix Nest! "Whispering Waters" is now our year-round home and "The Phoenix Nest", a private lake front guest suite, is your charming retreat and vacation spot. It is located only 3 miles from Penn Yan on the east side of Keuka Lake. The property is off the main road w/ a spacious yard; perfect for peace and quiet. And you're only steps from the beach and lake. Inside you'll find personal touches and comfortable furnishings. Its year-round nature makes it ideal for all seasons!

Built in 1820 and newly renovated, The Laurentide Inn is nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, minutes from both the Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine and Brewery trails, ideally located on Historic Main Street in the Village of Penn Yan within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, galleries and a short drive to Finger Lakes area attractions including The Windmill Farm & Craft Market and Watkins Glen. Guest stays include gourmet breakfast for two.
