Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

Charming Cuvée Cottage

Welcome! The Cuvée Cottage will be your home away from home. We are located 2 blocks from downtown Carlton in the heart of Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The 1937 cottage was remodeled in 2019. We have kept a lot of its character while making it a cozy and comfortable space to relax in. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in wine country! Relax in comfortable queen beds in each room with private decks to enjoy the wines you’ve picked up from the day.

Portico Del Vino: wine country farmhouse

Portico Del Vino — "the wine porch" — is a renovated 1902 farmhouse in Carlton, steps from downtown tasting rooms. With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and room for 12, it's made for gathering: girlfriends' wine weekends, wedding groups, family getaways, work retreats. Coffee on the covered porch; deck dinners for 12 under our Tree of Life lights. Inside: open great room, gourmet kitchen with huge island, wine fridge, gas fireplace, restored fir floors, central air, fast WiFi.

Modern Farmhouse - Hot Tub

Welcome to the Carlton Modern Farmhouse! This house is perfect for a wine tasting trip with friends, a romantic getaway, or a trip with family. You will be close to wineries and tasting rooms within walking distance, such as Flaneur Wines and Ken Wright Cellars. After a day of wine tasting, come back and relax in our well maintained hot tub. You can also enjoy the bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants right off Main Street that are only a 5 minute walk!
