Our authentic Maltese townhouse welcomes you in with a grand staircase, high ceilings, original artworks and modern comforts creating an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The villa is set in a relaxed neighborhood only 5 minutes away on foot from the pharmacy, green-grocer and small convenience store from where you can easily get your daily needs. Further up, around 15-minute walk there is a larger supermarket which also does deliveries. Also nearby, precisely in St. Thomas Bay area, you will find charming pizzerias, cafes, and restaurants. Should one wish to opt for the local public transport, you will also find a bus stop a few meters away from the property.

Location Xghajra Our house is in this small community in the south eastern part of Malta. It is ideal for those who like to be in a relaxed ambience. One can explore the island and go about with the bus 94 towards Valletta and take connections to other places. Nearest bus stop is called Ispnott . Bus no.3 from Smart City is another good option ,the route takes you from Kalkara,Vittoriosa Cospiciua etc.to Valletta.From Cospiciua you can take a ferry to Valletta too. free parking just outside

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Hope you love the sound of sea waves as much as we do. This place has been our family home for a few years. Sadly we decided to move house and I am too attached to it to sell it, hence it is available for rent and hopefully our guests will enjoy it, and build memories as much as we did both in the apartment and in the tranquil area (not very common in Malta anymore) around it.
