“La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the second floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

This rental is a stand alone house. A very comfortable queen size bed and a single bed in a separate bedroom, lodge style living room with a vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a half bath. Access to the pond and hiking trails. Nearby Sturbridge Village and Tree House Brewery.

This 2-bedroom apartment at the Barred Owl is on the second floor of historic home on the Worcester/Leicester line near all Central MA attractions. Wander the trails by streams and ponds; visit with chickens; hike; kayak. We will share fresh eggs, vegetables, and flowers from the gardens. Meditate, rest in the hammock. The larger bedroom has 2 sets of trundle beds to sleep 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to entertain just bring food. We have some toys for kids if needed. We have a few kayaks and a pedal boat you can use at your own risk or bring your own.
