Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. The Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests plus baby. The Barn is a large period conversion set on the edge of our family farm near Walberton. It is ideal for families or friends sharing. Sorry-- No Parties, Hen/Stag Parties. Dogs welcome @ 25 pounds each. Max 2 small/medium dogs. There is a footpath close by. Suitable for families and as a base for exploring, shopping ,walking, cycling across the Southdowns/beaches staying inside by the log fire. The Barn is for holiday let purposes only.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Orchard Annexe is self contained, with small Summer house & patio area. The annexe has WIFI, tea/coffee, fully equipped kitchen, TV. Upstairs bedroom & Whirlpool bath. Air Cooling system. Double sofa bed in the lounge. Downstairs toilet. Parking on drive. Barnham station 5 mins drive. Pub & fast food restaurant 5 mins walk. Beach 15 min drive. The Coach House, come relax and recharge

The Coach House can be found at the end of our private drive approximately 100 metres from Shripney Lane in the grounds of and adjacent to Shripney Manor an ancient family home in Shripney. There is parking for several cars, a rustic south west facing garden with views across agricultural land. There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.

The lovely N.Trust village of Slindon, gateway to miles of beautiful South Downs National Park walking and cycling routes, is only 6 minutes away

Entire self contained barn in Oving near Goodwood

The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.
