Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. A deep soaking tub and shower sets off the tiled bathroom with heated floors. Living room includes TV and internet, sofa and writing desk. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and spacious closet. The outside deck has a breath taking view looking toward downtown Silverton just 2 blocks away.

Enjoy a peaceful retreat in a comfortable and inviting suite in our mountaintop home in wine country. The basement suite is attached to our garage that you walk through to access. It's an open studio and has a relaxed feel with super soft bedding on a king sized memory foam mattress. The suite is surrounded by trees and has large windows to provide a woodsy feel near the city. Nike and Intel are close by and Cooper Mountain Vineyards is also 2 miles away. 30-40min drive to downtown Portland.

Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.
