It is nestled perfectly between Kelowna and Vernon, close to amenities at Turtle Bay, several wineries, Oyama Beach, renowned Pane Vino Italian restaurant, and Oyama Zip Lines

Located a mere 5-minute walk to the Okanagan Rail Trail and close to several beaches. My husband and I live on the main floor and will respect your privacy. We will generally be working in the commercial operating orchard. This 100-year old farmhouse offers plenty of character and charm.

We are located on Oyamas Isthmus between Wood Lake to the south and beautiful Kalamalka Lake to the north. The rail trail is minutes away and is great for walking or cycling and goes right around Wood Lake (Turtle Bay pub is a great stop on this route) as well as along the shore of Kalamalka Lake right into Vernon. There are great hikes, skiing (Big White and Silverstar), mountain biking, golf and vineyards all around and there are buses to Vernon or Kelowna a short walk away
