Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

You can park your car and use the trams to get around easily as we are just located across from the prom.

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

We are situated one street from the beach and promenade and a short 12 minute walk into the town centre. Providing an ideal location for couples, families, groups of friends or work colleagues. This house is perfect for healthcare and hospital staff looking for somewhere to stay while working at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. It is also perfect for families looking for a home away from home, it is located just out of town so it is quiet but close enough to the attractions and the motorway. Everything is provided and there is an outdoor space to enjoy too. The house is not suitable for large groups and these types of bookings will not be accepted.
