Fern Creek is a small family farm nestled in the forested hills of Yamhill County's wine country. Guests enter a captivating peace-filled space (a separate apartment in the lower level of our home), which is surrounded by forests and gardens where all kinds of life flourishes. Our sustainability practices (see below) demonstrate our commitment to helping life flourish--at Fern Creek and beyond. The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Relaxed open design, vaulted ceilings, queen beds, wifi, smart tv with Netflix, full kitchen and coffee bar.

McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

Luxury Farm House Peaceful, animals, Hot Tub

Very clean and Entire house available to guests, second house on property. Feed animals, relax in the hot tub or by the fire. Recharge on the porch and enjoy the view of the fields and seasonal pond. Fresh eggs collected by host daily are for sale in the farm store. Stroll down the gravel road and appreciate nearby agriculture. Drive to the coast 1 hour away. Take a wine tasting tour. End the day at the fire pit and make s’mores.
