Named after our 5-pound Pomeranian, Rooster who lives upstairs, our property is pet friendly with plenty of space to walk and enjoy the outdoors. There’s a small creek which runs along the property. West Jefferson, Boone, Moravian Falls and many ski areas are within close proximity as well! Please come enjoy this oasis in the foothills.

We are 40 miles to Appalachian Ski Mtn. and 55 to Sugar and Beech Mountain.

Amazing views in this private and gated mountain community. Enjoy the fresh mountain air as you walk down to community waterfall or take a five minute drive to the public swimming beach on Kerr Lake. We are close to the towns of Wilkesboro and North Wilkesboro...Merle Fest! Relax, breathe the fresh cool mountain air and enjoy the natural beauty.

Blueberry Hill Cottage: town and country

Private, cozy and quiet cottage in the trees yet only about a mile from the heart of town. Stainless steel appliances and tv with streaming services Amazon and Netflix. Easy hop to Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking and biking, wineries, Boone. About a mile to downtown. Watch wildlife from the private rear deck or walk the 2.6 acres of grounds, part landscaped, part garden, and part natural. Adjacent to greenspace/parkland. Dogs allowed! (limit 2) Pet fee charged per stay.
