Bring your boat, kayaks, jet skis, canoes and anything else that floats! Don't forget your fishing poles...state records have been caught right here! For the WVU fans...you're only 15 minutes away from a Mountaineer kick/tip off! Bikers and hikers will love our 60 miles of trails along the river!

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

Tygart Lake Woodland Cabin

Log home with 2 living areas and 2 eating areas on quiet two woodland acres near Tygart Lake State Park with a 10 mile long 1,750 acre lake, marina with boat slips, ramps, rentals &cruises. Fishing in lake and river, swimming area, water sports rentals, nature center , playgrounds, picnic areas &hiking trails. Lodge with lakefront dining and gift shop. Public golf course 3.4 miles away. Restaurants, Walmart, stores nearby.

Creekside Condo

Located close to both hospitals, stadiums, and popular dining options. Quiet, ground level, Creekside condo. We encourage in stay communication to ensure the best stay possible. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.

Copper House

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

The 30 wild and wonderful acres it sits on are not fully tamed but are ready to be explored. Conveniently located right off Route 50, and just 25 minutes from Clarksburg/Bridgeport.
