Comprising of 4 bedrooms; 2 ensuite, 1 twin and 1 single this spacious cottage ideal for a peaceful getaway, all amenities you will need with a fully fitted kitchen and washroom. BBQ and outdoor dining facilities spectacular views after a mountain hike or kayak. A short drive to Clonbur and Cong villages and accessible to Conemara it is a perfect base for exploring.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.
