SUGARBIRD HOUSE EDENVELDT FARM

I have decided to rent out my personal farm house\ guest house to happy road trippers seeking solitude and a peaceful surrounding. The house is within a valley surrounded by 48 hectares of open land,beautiful mountain (cederberg) backdrops and a river with three natural swimming areas within walking distance of the guest house and the place include a 25m lap pool right in front of the veranda! Oh and plenty of clean breathable air :). There is one full sized bed so its best suited for couples.

Nature's Dome

As much as we would love to welcome all, the setting isn't child friendly and definitely offers a more wonderful getaway for two.

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

Open plan modern cabin located in a natural forest with magnificent mountain views. Enjoy lounging on the sundeck or cool down in your own private plunge pool right in front of your bedroom! Big glass panel sliding doors open up the space to get you even closer to nature. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, kettle, microwave and nespresso coffee machine. The sun terrace with braai area and sunloungers offers uninterrupted mountain views.

Dassieshoek - Ou Skool

Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.

Luxury Beach Front Villa for 2 people

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with office / studio. Wow! Private Wood fire hot tub with a breathtaking sea view. Schwinn Cruiser bicycles to explore the town. Very important: Guests with no reviews need to send a request and not book instantly. Uitsig High Mountain Stone Cottage

Uitsig Stone Cottage is set within huge weathered grey rocks, facing easttowards the high peaks of the southern Cederberg. It has spectacular views in every direction - to the south is the monumental Middelberg Peak, and to the north in the distance is the pinnacle of Sneeuberg. The interior is clad in wood and furnished with beautiful rustic antiques, and has a rock-clad bathroom with breathtaking views.
