There is a full bath and bedroom on the main level. The upper level has a dedicated work table, one queen bed, and a master bed with a queen bed and bath.

Bear’s Den

Quiet three bedroom apartment with new kitchen and all appliances. Off the main roads but still close to Bills Stadium and Downtown Buffalo/Canalside. 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. Lots of parks and nature trails nearby. Large backyard. We have included photos of Bear our Akita, so you will know to expect a large dog on site/in the backyard etc. He loves people and children and loves to say hello. We cannot allow other pets on site because of Bear.

Entire private 2nd floor apartment with 1 bedroom ft 2 queen memory foam beds and 1 bathroom. Located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. We are a 15 min drive from the Buffalo Airport. There is plenty to do during your stay: downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls are both a 35 min drive, and our quiet, safe neighborhood is the perfect place to relax for the evening.
