The property is ideally located within walking distance of Linlithgow High Street, attractions and station but with stunning views of the countryside. The central location provides easy access by train or car to Glasgow and Edinburgh. This period property has been converted for 2 seperate living areas ,where the hosts live in the other half of the proprty it has been stylishly renovated and has an outdoor spa area which can be booked for a 2 hour period daily, timings agreed with hosts.

There are several restaurants in the town and the historic Linlithgow Palace is located next to a loch. The property is 200m from the union canal. A short drive away is Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies.

Superb base for exploring Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling with only 2 min walk to the train station. Also good place to start to visit other more local must visits like the Falkirk wheel and Helix Park with the Kelpies. Off street parking, own entrance and exciting garden space! A cute wee historic cottage in the Pentland Hills with magnificent views. This home is one of the few properties inside the Pentland Hills regional park. 30 minutes outside of Edinburgh. Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
