The cost of the tax is 2€ per night from 01 November to 31 March, or 8€ per night from 1 April to 31 October (the prices are per accommodation, not per person)

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, restaurants, dining, nightlife and walking distance from the metro and train stations (proastiakos) (1 το 1,5 Km). It is good for business travelers, couples, families , big groups, and furry friends (pets). It is very convenient for hiking or cycling activities. It has a parking space and also free street parking.
