Der Bahnhof Beuggen liegt in Laufnähe (1,5km). Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz und auch der Wald mit schönen Spazier- und Fahrradstrecken liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Nach Basel, Frankreich ist 45 Minuten entfernt, Freiburg eine Stunde. Feldberg 45 Minuten. Schwimmbad Schweigmatt ist ein Vereinsbad. Man kann für 20 Euro für 4 mal erwerben.
