Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Beautiful garden level apartment with a kitchenette, with the property situated on the river flowing out of Owasco Lake. You have water access just a short walk to the end of the yard and we're just a half mile from the lake. There's plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
