This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

We tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a stocked kitchen with all that you might need to prepare a meal, a comfy queen size bed, and a walk-in closet containing plenty of room for your things. Bathroom has a hairdryer, plenty of towels, and starter toilet paper. We have WIFI and smart TV's.
