Kick back and relax. This modern pool house is 15 mins south of Saskatoon on a private acreage with no close neighbours. The house includes the use of a large pool, all the pool toys (during summer, late spring, and early fall), and outdoor relaxation. The house features 22 ft of screened patio doors that open wide giving you access to pool living. The view and sunsets are amazing. There is an abundance of green space for games and mature trees, or for winter activities such as pond skating.

Cabin has a lake front wrap around deck with bbq, private beach & access to a private shared dock. Island View has a main beach, newer boat launch, playgrounds & a new b-ball/pickle ball court.

Or grab some turkish towels and join the hustle and bustle of beach life, just a stroll (or a very short drive) away. Grab some ice cream on your way back and shake it off at Manitou's famous Danceland. In the wintertime, go for a skate, or hit one of Manitou's many cross country ski trails.

Saltwater Snuggle Lodge

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful place. Walking distance from the healing waters of Little Manitou Lake, this cabin provides a cozy living room with Smart TV and high speed internet. A kitchen with air fryer and a countertop rotisserie. We also supply coffee, tea and sugar. There is cold pressed olive oil and a few spices for cooking. It offers a 3 piece washroom and both bedrooms have a queen size bed. We are dog friendly there is a $40 fee per stay.

Great for canoeing, kayaking ( you have to bring your own) and campfires. Guests enjoy the ever changing view from the back deck and watching the wide variety of birds and wildlife. A cozy retreat in the winter as well! Hunters are welcome 😊 Pets need to be kennelled in garage or porch area.
