Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

The Main Street Market- I-90 (Utica/ Rome)

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Lake is drawn down 10 ft for the NYS Madison Reservoir Dam rehab. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing all continue. No construction noise. Rocky Point sits on a deeper portion of the lake — our dock and waterfront access remain in usable water. You'll just see a wider exposed shoreline than in normal years. Two-bedroom (both queen) cottage with two full bathrooms, trundle for two, 70" Roku TV, fully-equipped kitchen with lake-view dining. Sleeps 6. Five minutes to Colgate.
