Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

I envisioned guests coming and showing their kids momentos from their childhood and how things "used" to be in a more simple time.
