It is located within walking distance to the Wakefield commuter rail with trains running into downtown Boston. Also, adjacent to a walkable park around a stunning lake, and a small downtown with stores and restaurants.

This is a good house on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is bright and open and welcoming. In the morning, you drink coffee on the deck and look at the trees. Boston is twenty minutes away by car. The city is fast, but the house is still. Within a half-hour, you can walk the cobblestones of Faneuil Hall, see the boats in Salem, or hike the rugged Fells. It is a place for families and professionals. It has five bedrooms and a warm fire. Everything you need is close. You will like it here, it is peaceful.
