This newly built cabin is located on a quiet gravel road, in the St Lawrence Valley in a remote area between Potsdam and Massena, NY, fifteen minutes from the US/Canada border. With Potsdam and Massena only 15 miles away, you have the best of both the civilized and the natural world when staying at our cabin. We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the natural solitude, privacy and aesthetic comforts of the cabin, garden, and beautiful forest trails on our tranquil 101 acre property.

This 3 bedroom 2 full bath house is perfect for the family getaway or a group of fishermen as well as sightseeing or an overnight stay along your travels. BBQ on the porch, enjoy the fire pit, go canoeing, fishing or kayaking in the backyard with access to the St Lawrence River from Little Sucker Creek, you will be minutes away from the Waddington docks with plenty of room to park your boat right in the driveway, it’s a fishermen’s dream.

Train and history buffs will love this property!There are many relics from the original railroad to see. In addition to being right on the railroad tracks, the Depot is located on the Raquette River. Guests will experience beautiful water views, sunsets, and maybe a slow passing train.

Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

Next door is the town dock offering fishing, swimming, and transient boat docking.

There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in.
