Im Storchendorf Altreu gelegen, steht das Tiny House direkt am Aare-Flussufer auf einem Campingplatz und bietet gemütliches modernes Wohnen mit bester Aussicht aufs Wasser. Voll ausgestattet, jedoch auf das Wesentliche reduziert, ist dieses Tiny House der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit. Praktisch vor der Haustür lädt das Naherholungsgebiet "Witi" mit seinen grossen Naturflächen zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Gleich neben dem Campingplatz befindet sich das Restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

Le pavillon se trouve au coeur de la partie historique. Construit en tavillon et bénéficiant d'une vue exceptionnelle, c'est un lieu magique. On y accède par un jardin luxuriant et une vue imprenable sur le lac et l’île de Saint-Pierre. Conçu avec ingéniosité ( canapé-lit ) , le pavillon vous offre un grand confort dans un petit espace ( 12 mètres carré ). Découvrez ma deuxième annonce à Erlach: les rêveries, au coeur de la vieille ville. Loft de 75 mètres carré rénové avec jardin.

Logis de la Moraye, Studio le Pêcheur

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Dich/Euch erwartet eine funktionelle 3-Zi-Wohnung mit Bad und kleiner Küche. Gartenmitbenützung, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus (7 Min. zum Bahnhof/Stadtzentrum). Alleine, zu zweit, mit Freunden oder Familie, im lauschigen Garten entspannend die wunderschöne Sicht geniessen, dem Rebenweg entlang wandern, im See baden und die Bieler Altstadt erkunden... und den Charme des alten Hauses auf sich einwirken lassen. Die Hauptwohnung wird von einer der Gastgeberinnen bewohnt.

Das Wichtigste: Nach knapp 100 m seid Ihr am wunderschönen Sandstrand von Salavaux. Dort könnt Ihr am Flachufer Schwimmen, Plantschen, Beachvolley spielen oder auch Kayak und Pedalo mieten. Mietmöglichkeiten für grössere Boote beim Campingplatz Avanches. Am Strand gibt es eine Buvette und ein kleines Restaurant direkt am See. Ganz nah dem Haus befindet sich zudem das Restaurant Equinoxe, etwas weiter jenes des Campingplatzes von Avenches.
