Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.

It has: Bedroom 1: double bed, shower, separate WC; Bedroom 2: double bed, Bedroom 3: smaller double bed (built in) - opposite is a bathroom with bath, bidet, sink - separate WC. In the spacious living room there is a corner bench and a couch. Through the living room you enter the kitchen and the winter garden with terrace.
